Brew of T is always looking for new members, and has options for everyone. Interested in brewing but not sure how much time you can commit? That’s okay! Join our mailing list to stay in the know about our projects and drop in events.

We want your help in deciding what we brew and how to make it! Think outside the box! You know the old saying, wine’s fine, but let’s also pickle things, make cold brew coffee, sourdough starter and anything else your heart desires!

R&D(&B) Team

When brewing things like beer, cider, and wine, there’s a lot of variation in the brew process and ingredients. We want your help figuring how to make these brews in the tastiest and most efficient way possible. If you’re interested in helping research awesome concoctions, the R&D team is the place for you!

Keep us up to date!

After every brew we’ll post a spreadsheet to record observations in so that we can collaboratively figure out what works and what doesn’t. If it’s not something we are brewing at the time, still send us some pictures and share your experiences! If it turns out well, send the recipe to our Recipe Book! We want to foster a community of brewers that can collaborate on group and individual projects.
